April 7th AARC Meeting Cancelled

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the April 7th AARC meeting is cancelled. Public Health officials advise that cancelling public gatherings is critical to stopping the spread of the virus. The ARRC Board is acting to protect our members and to contribute to the world-wide effort to contain COVID-19.

Weekly nets will continue as scheduled, but face-to-face AARC meetings are suspended until further notice. The monthly technical presentation power point and Space Weather Report will be posted on the AARC website on April 7, to keep you up to date on sunspot activity and how space weather will affect your HF transmissions.

As this and many other group activities are cancelled, you are encouraged to use the freed time to expand your radio use and further develop your operational skills. Keep your family safe and turn your radio on.

AARC President
